Health Reconnection Cancellation Policy

At Health Reconnection, we understand how things can happen and plans change. If you have made an appointment with us, you can easily cancel your appointment by email or calling (214) 810-4816. Please notice that cancellations must be made 24 hrs in advance of their scheduled appointment time.

Deposit

Deposit for services are required to hold some reservations are not refundable, and there are no exceptions.

Missed Appointments

If appointments must be missed, it must be rescheduled 24 hrs in advance of the original appointment and the amount paid will remain as credit towards the rescheduled booking. Additional fees may apply.

Cancelled Appointments

Appointments made in advance of the actual appointment time require a notice of cancellation 24 hours in advance of the appointment time to avoid cancellation charges. Any cancellation of advance appointments within the 24 hour period prior to the appointment time will result in no refund with no exceptions.

Same Day Appointment Cancellation

Appointments made the same day will result in no refund with no exceptions if cancelled.
